Scorer last weekend against Getafe on his return from injury, João Félix has had a rather mixed season with Barça. Eight goals in thirty games under his new colors, the Portuguese has alternated between good and bad since the start of the season. In the coming weeks, FC Barcelona will have to make a decision regarding the one that belongs to Atlético. According to Marcathe club would like to keep him at the end of his loan, but the price asked by the Colchoneros offends the Catalan leaders.

The Madrid club is demanding around 70 to 80 million euros to buy out the five years of contract it has left. An amount that the Barcelona residents cannot commit on the transfer market because of their economic problems. Still according to the Spanish daily, Barça should request a second year of loan for the 24-year-old player. A loan could be feasible, even if Atlético Madrid’s desire is to sell their player to obtain liquidity.
