This summer, FC Barcelona did their utmost to sign Dani Olmo (26 years old). But the Spaniard, injured against Girona this weekend (4-1 victory, editor’s note) will be missed by his team for several weeks. The Culés announced the news via a press release on Monday.

“Dani Olmo has an injury to the biceps femoris of the right thigh. The approximate time out will be between 4 and 5 weeks.” Very bad news for the Blaugranas, who will have to do without him in the Champions League against Monaco. On the other hand, he could be back in time for the Clasico against Real Madrid at the end of October.
