One player who did not benefit from the development, however, was Pablo Torre and the youngster saw his prominence snatched away from him for no fault of his.
Deco meets Torre’s agent
As relayed by Jijantes FC in a recent update, Barcelona sporting director Deco met with Pablo Torre’s agent earlier today to discuss the player’s situation and future.
He conveyed that the club is satisfied with the youngster’s performances and quality in training and that they are currently not contemplating parting ways with the midfielder.

He is thus not considering a departure from the club as it stands and will continue to put his best foot forward hoping to regain his lost prominence.
The 21-year-old has made five appearances for the Blaugrana this season including three starts and averages 68 minutes per game. In that duration, he has scored three goals and provided one assist for the club, delivering a solid impact.
His last appearance for the team, however, came a month ago against Sevilla when he scored a brace. Since then, he has not even made an appearance for the club off the bench although he did provide an assist for the Spanish Under-21 team earlier this week.
