Barcelona are staring at a major revolution in their attacking unit in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The Blaugrana are pushing hard to sign Nico Williams and Dani Olmo, both of whom want to make the jump to the La Liga club this summer.

If the Spanish duo were to arrive, Barça would need to cut some of the players from their attacking unit to make room.

Vitor Roque, Ansu Fati to be sold

In that scenario, Barcelona intend to offload the young attacking duo of Vitor Roque and Ansu Fati, reports SPORT.

Until now, the sporting director, Deco, was in favour of retaining as many players as possible, but the arrival of two attacking players would mean total overbooking in the final third.

As such, Vitor Roque is pretty much guaranteed to leave with Barcelona supposedly no longer counting on him seven months after bringing him into the club. A transfer would be preferred but the club would also be open to a loan deal with a buy clause.

Vitor Roque wanted to prove himself during pre-season and convince manager Hansi Flick but both he and his entourage are beginning to understand that he will not play at Barça, with his #19 shirt even being handed to Lamine Yamal.

However, Ansu Fati is a more tricky issue. The forward returned from an irregular loan spell at Brighton and his biggest wish is to stay. He has worked hard to recover physically and will have the opportunity to showcase himself on the tour of the United States.

But if both Olmo and Williams arrive, he will not have any minutes and as such the doors for his exit will be open again, especially given his high salary.

Raphinha would have been an option for a departure, but the Brazilian is absolutely firm on his stance of not wanting to leave. Meanwhile, the potential double-signing of Nico and Olmo would also end any hopes of Joao Felix returning to Barcelona.
