With the January transfer window not very far away, FC Barcelona are still figuring out how to register their star attacking midfielder Dani Olmo.
It must be remembered that the 26-year-old summer signing was registered only until December 31, that too using the long-term injury of defender Andreas Christensen.
As such, Olmo as well as fellow summer arrival Pau Victor, will need to be re-registered in the coming weeks and the Catalans are working hard to find a way to achieve that.
The Nike agreement is set to help but will not be enough, forcing the club to look at alternative means of generating revenue.
A deal for the Spotify Camp Nou VIP boxes is being worked on but if things do not pan out, a player sale might be needed.
Barcelona could sell Andreas Christensen
And, according to journalist Rudy Galetti (h/t AS), Barcelona are willing to offload Andreas Christensen in the January transfer window in order to facilitate the registration of Dani Olmo.

Christensen, who has recently resumed training with the group after spending close to four months on the sidelines, will likely find it tough to force his way back into the team under Hansi Flick.
After all, Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez have nailed down their place in the starting XI while Ronald Araujo is also back in contention. Furthermore, Barça are also planning to sign Jonathan Tah in the summer.
So, there may be a possibility that the former Chelsea defender is offloaded, with the report suggesting that Barcelona would demand a transfer fee of around €30 million for him.
It is further claimed that Christensen has admirers in Italy in Inter Milan and Juventus while several Premier League clubs are also interested.
Christensen arrived at Barcelona for free in 2022 and his exit would be a net profit for the Blaugrana. What now remains to be seen is whether they go ahead with his sale or decide to keep him at the club at least until the summer.
