Barcelona will have many decisions to make on the sporting front this summer with a new coaching staff and a renewed identity.

An area of interest for new manager Hansi Flick will be judging the future of Barcelona’s loanees. The Catalan giants will have many players returning to their ranks this year, but not all of them are expected to continue in the squad.

Among those facing an uncertain future is Pablo Torre, who has no shortage of suitors and could be on his way out.

Real Zaragoza tailing Torre

Indeed, according to Sport Aragón (h/t Mundo Deportivo), Pablo Torre has been recently touted as a potential signing for Real Zaragoza.

Since securing safety in the league, there’s been speculation about Victor Fernandez’s future as Real Zaragoza’s manager and potential signings if he stays.

Names frequently mentioned include Ander Herrera, Alberto Soro, and recently, Barcelona midfielder Pablo Torre.

According to the information, Fernandez has a soft spot for Pablo Torre. The 21-year-old midfielder has been at Girona on loan this season, but he has been sparingly used on the pitch.

While he moved to Barcelona after first making a name for himself at Racing Santander, Torre has yet to fulfil expectations.

The report adds that Real Zaragoza’s primary rival for Torre’s signature is anticipated to be Racing Santander, particularly if they make it to the promotion playoffs and earn a position in La Liga.

With the Blaugranes in a financial crunch, the sale of Torre would aid them tremendously.

In fact, reports have even argued that the possibility of the Spanish starlet remaining at Barcelona next season is completely off the table, given that he has struggled to make a notable impact at Girona.
