Loaned to Stuttgart since the start of the season, Alexander Nübel knows what the future holds for him. The goalkeeper has just extended his contract for two seasons at Bayer Munich, until 2029, but remains on loan for two additional years at his current club. He will therefore not join the goalkeeper hierarchy soon with the Bavarians where Manuel Neuer only has one year left on his contract, and is expected to retire in June 2025.
“I am very happy with this decision and the confidence that FC Bayern has shown in me. At the same time, I feel very good in Stuttgart. I want to succeed with VfB and succeed in the next steps”reacted the former Monegasque (27 years old) who is having a very good season with Stuttgart, currently 3rd in the Bundesliga… tied on points with Bayern.
