Will prolong, will not prolong? The future of Alphonso Davies (23) is on everyone's minds at Bayern Munich. Under contract until June 2025 with the German club, the Canadian left-back has desires elsewhere and Real Madrid intends to take advantage of this by signing him this summer or waiting until he is free in a year. Not wanting to lose their player, Bayern Munich recently made a final extension offer and is awaiting the response from their player.

In an interview for BildRekordmeister sports director Max Eberl issued an ultimatum to the former Vancouver Whitecaps player: “I can say: we made Alphonso a very concrete and grateful offer. At some point in life, you have to say yes or no.” He also confirmed that he had not received an approach from the Merengues: “Real Madrid has not contacted us.”
