Last summer, Bayern Munich narrowly missed out on the arrival of João Palhinha. The Portuguese midfielder had passed his medical with the German club and was expected to sign straight away. But while he had signed all the paperwork, his transfer could not be made official in time because Fulham had been late in sending the documents. As a result, he returned to England and continued his season with the Cottagers.

This summer, despite the departure of Tuchel who wanted it, João Palhinha is still the priority of Bayern Munich. According to information from Sky Sportsthe Bavarians have just made a first offer to Fulham which is around 40 million euros. The Portuguese international, who is playing in the Euro, wants to join the German club for good this time.
