Bayern Munich is getting a makeover. A few weeks after presenting its 2024-2025 home jersey featuring the traditional red color of the German club, the last third in the Bundesliga has unveiled its away jersey for the upcoming season. While the previous one featured a design on a black background, decorated with turquoise and purple diamonds forming the world map, the Rekordmeister, once again, has bet on originality with a jersey inspired by the “Bavaria” statue, an icon of the city of Munich.

From then on, the design of the jersey is distinguished by swirls of blue and green on a black background, recalling the hues of the patron saint of Bavaria present on the Theresienwiese in Munich. References to this statue, an allegory of Bavarian strength and glory, appear on the club’s crest through bronze details, as well as on the three stripes and the sponsor’s logo. Finally, the inscription “Mia San Mia” is present in bronze on the back of the collar.
