Piper Niven has constantly pursued Bayley for the past month now which resulted in her getting a title shot at Clash at The Castle, something that many fans felt was a long time coming for Niven.
During the Clash at The Castle Premium Live Event, Bayley put her WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Piper Niven in a match that no one truly saw coming, for good reason.
Piper Niven put on a solid performance as she reminded fans what she is made of, as she was dominating Bayley for a while. This included a huge suplex and a lot of beatdowns on Bayley.
However, The Role Model would eventually turn the tides in her favor with a ton of solid top rope moves after hitting a solid crucifix driver on Piper Niven. Naturally, this impressed fans in a big way.
We will have to wait and see how Bayley will continue to be booked as the WWE Women’s Champion, as fans are clearly happy to see her being a fighting champion again after so long.
