Becky Lynch has been credited as one of the biggest and most influential WWE superstars of this generation. But despite her immense success, The Man had her inner battle with a common problem prevalent in today’s world, depression.

However, Lynch became the target of Post Partum Depression. For the unaware, it is a disorder that a person experiences after giving birth to a child with symptoms like extreme sadness, anxiety, crying episodes, and changes in sleeping or eating patterns.

The Man and her husband, current World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins became parents in December 2020 to their daughter, Roux.

Becky Lynch recently appeared on the Adam’s Apple podcast, opening up about suffering from severe postpartum depression last year.

“I had a pretty severe postpartum depression last year for the first half of the year. I actually didn’t really know what was going on… But I had such a great support system that was able to help me and guide me through and yeah. I’m just very lucky.”

Lynch is currently slated to be one of the participants in the WWE Elimination Chamber match at the namesake pay-per-view, taking place on February 24 in Perth Australia. The winner of the bout will earn the opportunity to battle Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World title at WrestleMania 40.
