At one time, the French striker was close to the rapper from Vitry-sur-Seine. Together, they escaped a tragedy.

In December 2009, Karim Benzema had just celebrated his 22nd birthday and was playing his first season at Real Madrid. During the winter break, the French striker decides to spend a few days on Reunion Island. After his birthday party, his Lamborghini, rented for the occasion, was rear-ended in the early morning.

The native of Lyon had just spent the night in the “La Villa Club” nightclub, in the company of Rohff. And the two stars found themselves at the heart of the accident. Fortunately, none of them were injured. Nearly thirteen years later, the rapper revealed that he was behind the wheel of the car. “ We had rented cars. We were teasing each other, we were racing. I left the car and we hit a curb. The tire told us Salam. We ran away like cowards”confided the artist from Vitry-sur-Seine during from Guillaume Pley’s web show.

Benzema and Rohff, the featuring

Karim Benzema was a big fan of former Mafia member k’1 Fry at one time. He was even invited to rap on the title Give me the passfrom the album La Cuentapublished in 2010. Then, the friendship between the men withered. “We chilled a little… It stopped there. That’s it, stop, that’s all”had slipped Rohff during an interview given to The Magazine Team.

Subsequently, Karim Benzema got closer to… Booba.
