As per lastets media reprots, Tishaa Kumar – the daughter of actor-producer Krishna Kumar and the cousin of T-Series chairperson Bhushan Kumar, is no more. The 20-year-old reportedly died on July 18 at age 20 after battling a prolinged illness.
Tishaa Kumar dies after battle with cancer
As per several media outlets, T-Series released a statement confirming the death of Tishaa Kumar. Requesting for privacy as the family mourns their loss, the statement read, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family’s privacy is respected.” An Indian Express report revealed Tishaa – who passed away at age 20, was battling cancer.
The publication reported that the deceased was undergoing treatment in Germany for cancer and had died at a hospital there. They quoted a source, “Tishaa was diagnosed with cancer and the family decided to take her to Germany for treatment. She passed away there on Thursday. It is a very sad time for the family.”
About Tishaa
According to a Pinkvilla report, Tishaa was born on September 6, 2003, to Krishan and Tanya Singh. She was a private person who did not make a lot of public appearances. However, she was often seen at the screenings of T-Series films. She was last snapped on the red carpet with her father Krishan Kumar in November 2023 at the premiere of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
