Big E On Bray Wyatt

“We (Windham Rotunda & myself) definitely met in ‘09 when I got signed,” Big E said. “He was already signed in FCW and you know, he was like one of those first guys that looked out for me and he would kind of tell me — because there’s so many unwritten rules in wrestling. In football, we didn’t go around shaking everyone’s hand but that was kind of the expectation in wrestling is you come in every single day, you shake everyone’s hand.

“Wrestling just has all these unwritten rules I wasn’t familiar with. Windham did such a great job doing that. He would have house parties and always would encourage me to come out. He and his brother were named Bo and Duke Rotundo at the time. So they would have the ‘Bo & Duke Bash’ at their house. They’d do a Halloween party every year. So yeah, he was one of the first guys that I met when I got to FCW. He was like the welcoming committee. That was him and he was just one of those guys who’s always just had this larger than life charisma about him.
