Big threat confirmed for the Blues

If Didier Deschamps planned to announce his selection this Thursday, March 13 (at 2 p.m.), his Croatian counterpart Zlatko Dalic has already lifted the veil on his group. Without big surprises certainly but with a confirmation which is not necessarily good news for the tricolor delegation.

Modric, still as essential

In three weeks, in fact, the Kylian Mbappé and others will indeed face the 2018 Golden Ball Luka Modric. At the age of 39, the veteran Merengue has still not hung up on his international crampons and will be a threat to doubt for the men of Deschamps.

If he is no longer an indisputable holder at Real Madrid (18 times in 39 games this season), Modric, on the other hand, remains a safe and unavoidable value for the Croatian national team, with his credit since September six disputed games and as many starts, for a scored goal.
