IMG Credit: WWETriple threat. We are starting a new year and that means it is time for WWE to start putting together its new calendar of major events. These can come in a variety of forms, some of which are a little bit different tan what you would see in other years. That is what we are going to be seeing this year, and now we have a good idea of when to expect some special shows.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Top AEW Star To Miss Several Months For Very Unique Reason (He’s Not Hurt)
Last month WWE brought back Saturday Night’s Main Event after a sixteen plus year absence. The show was the first of a series of quarterly special, with the second set to take place later this month. According to PWInsider.com, the next two editions of the show will be held on May 24 and July 12. There is no word on where the shows will be held or when WWE will officially announce them.

Opinion: It’s still weird to see these shows being presented again so frequently but at the same time, WWE did a nice job with the first edition. If they can keep up that kind of momentum, there is a shelf life to these things, which should make for some fun events. I’m not sure what WWE is going to do with them, but the company does seem to be taking them seriously, at least so far.
