Beyonce has officially been named the #1 Greatest Pop Star of the 21st Century by Billboard, beating out runner-up Taylor Swift. Controversy brewed on social media right before Thanksgiving when Billboard announced Taylor as the runner-up, basically confirming that Beyonce would be picked as number one. Now, Billboard is explaining why Beyonce topped Taylor.
