BJP Criticizes Congress Government's Performance in Telangana
BJP leaders in Telangana have strongly criticized the State government’s performance after completing its first year in power. BJP State General Secretary Kasam Venkateshwarlu, BJP State Secretary Dr. S Prakash Reddy, and BJP spokesperson NV Subhash expressed disappointment, stating that the Congress government has failed to deliver on its electoral promises.
During a press conference on Monday, Dr. S Prakash Reddy accused the Congress government of distracting the public with events like the “Praja Palana” festivals to mark its one-year anniversary. He alleged that the government has been inefficient, pointing to its failure to conduct local body elections and misuse of central government funds.
NV Subhash also condemned the Congress party, stating it has not fulfilled many of its promised welfare schemes. He described the government as “all noise and no substance” and blamed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for failing on multiple fronts during his tenure.
