The 18th day was an opportunity for Borussia Dortmund to confirm their great victory from last week. Traveling to Stuttgart this Saturday, Edin Terzic’s men crushed their opponents 4-0, thanks in particular to a double from Donyell Malen. This nice success allows the BvB to reposition itself in the ranking by taking this 5th place, tied on points with RB Leipzig and only one point from the podium. 3rd place is also occupied by Stuttgart whose meeting in Bochum was delayed due to security problems.

In the other matches of the afternoon, Friborg snatched a valuable 3-2 victory when hosting Hoffenheim. Darmstadt managed to get a draw against Eintracht by equalizing at 2-2 in the 90th +5 by Klarer. Finally, Heidenheim and Wolsfburg drew 1-1.
