Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni haven’t agreed about much since the start of their extended legal battle. However, they are in clear agreement about one thing: They aren’t looking to settle their lawsuits until they have their day in court. If you haven’t been keeping track, the 37-year-old It Ends With Us actress accused her costar and director of sexual harassment and engaging in a smear campaign in December 2024. The lawsuit came following months of rumors that the pair feuded on set. Justin responded with a lawsuit of his own. Earlier this month, the feuding stars had their first court hearing ahead of a trial that is expected to take place in early 2026. This week, they were offered the option to mediate and reach a settlement, which they both turned down.
