Blake Lively is struggling to overcome mom guilt.

The “It Ends With Us” actress, 36, has opened up about the art of balancing her work life and her home life, admitting that she often feels guilty when she’s unable to split the two evenly.

“We love our work and we take it very, very seriously, and we work very, very, very hard, and we completely immerse ourselves in our work,” Lively told Entertainment Tonight in an interview with her co-star Jenny Slate.

Lively admitted that sometimes she finds it difficult to manage the guilt that comes with having to prioritize work over family time.

“When you’re working, sometimes you feel guilty for, you know, not being in your personal life in those hours you’re at work,” she said. “And then when you’re at work, you feel guilty by being distracted by wishing that you were at your personal life.”

Despite her and Reynolds’ hectic schedule, the pair have managed to find a solution that works for them.

The “Age of Adaline” actress tied the know with the “Deadpool & Wolverine” star in 2012.

In February, the “Age of Adaline” star revealed that the pair have agreed “not to work at the same time” when they started dating.

“When Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time,” she told ET. “So that we could always prioritize our personal life.”

“That takes working really hard when we’re not. Just like financial planning and sustaining that; it takes balance,” she went on.
