Bobby Lashley doesn’t see Omos getting an opportunity to return to WWE television, but he wants him to.
Omos has not wrestled since the April 5 episode of WWE SmackDown. Before that, he competed at live events, and he wrestled in battle royals at WWE Royal Rumble and WWE SummerSlam 2023.
Bobby Lashley was asked to share his thoughts on Omos during a K & S WrestleFest’s virtual signing. Specifically, he was asked whether he saw Omos getting a chance to return to WWE television. (H/t Andrew Thompson of POST Wrestling)
“I think he should be [given the chance]),” he said. “Unfortunately, I don’t know. I don’t know. The way that things have changed, I don’t see him having that opportunity. I hope that me saying that gets him that opportunity. But a lot of people haven’t had that opportunity and a lot of people kind of went separate ways with them. So, I don’t know what is going on right now. There’s a lot of really good talent that left.”
