What if a Dutchman replaced another? Orphaned by Joshua Zirkee, who left for Manchester United, Bologna has started its search for the center forward position. The Rossoblù have reportedly positioned themselves on a Ligue 1 player. According to information from the Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marziothe Italian club should secure the services of Thijs Dallinga. An agreement between Toulouse and the Italian club has even been reached for the 23-year-old player. The Dutchman has already said yes to signing for the fifth-placed team in the last Serie A season. The deal should reach 15 million euros, plus bonuses.

Arriving in the summer of 2022 in the south of France, from Excelsior, Dallinga played 86 matches, scored 37 goals and provided eight assists, in all competitions. His good performances at TFC allowed him to discover the Netherlands selection, in November 2023.
