While the season is officially over for Bologna, it’s party time for the majority of supporters who want to celebrate their locked ticket to the next Champions League. But for management and staff, there is no time to lose. At the end of his contract with the Bologna club, the Italian coach, Thiago Motta, attracts envy and has an agreement with Juventus to replace Massimiliano Allegri as we revealed to you. According to information from the Gazzetta dello Sporta meeting will take place this Tuesday between Motta and his management to discuss the future.

If the leaders have publicly announced their intention to do their utmost to keep the former PSG player, the Italian newspaper gives more details on the means deployed to convince Thiago Motta to stay in Emilia-Romagna. Indeed, president Joey Saputo has an ambitious plan in mind: an envelope of 100 million euros to invest over the next three years with the desire to make Bologna a new Atalanta. Management also promised to retain the majority of executives including Riccardo Calafiori and to offer Thiago Motta a more central and vast role in sporting decisions.
