Booker T doesn’t think that Vince McMahon will go quietly in the night. Instead, he believes the former WWE Chairman has to do something.

In October, Mike Johnson of PWInsider of PWInsider reported that Vince McMahon had been setting up what was called an “entertainment hub company.” The report noted that it was not expected to have anything to do with wrestling.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T was asked about the report regarding Vince McMahon’s new company. He noted that he believed McMahon would do something.

“I think whatever he’s got going on takes precedence over anything going on as far as [starting] another business,” Booker T said. “But I’m sure Vince is champing at the bit, and he’s gotta do something. Vince is not the type of guy that’s just gonna sit around the house and just groan and do it peacefully. That’s not gonna happen.

“He’s not gonna go silently in the night, that’s not gonna happen. So I can definitely see him trying to create something. What that is, I’m not sure. But I don’t think it’s gonna be a wrestling company or anything like that. I would not see him wanting to go through that again.”

Vince McMahon resigned from WWE and TKO in January 2024 after Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against him, alleging sexual assault, sex trafficking, and sexual misconduct. McMahon denied the allegations, but he remains under investigation.
