WWE Raw’s esteemed backstage interviewer, Bryon Saxton, is stepping into a new role as a temporary replacement for WWE Hall of Famer Booker T on NXT.
At the recent NXT Vengeance Day 2024 event, Booker T was unable to attend due to surgery, and his place was filled by SmackDown commentator Wade Barrett. However, as Booker T’s absence continues, a main roster commentator is stepping in to keep the NXT commentary team running smoothly.
According to report from Fightful Select, Byron Saxton will be teaming up with Vic Joseph to provide commentary for the WWE NXT episode scheduled for February 6.
The extent of Booker T’s absence from future NXT shows is uncertain, as he is still recovering from his recent surgery.
Tonight’s edition of WWE NXT on February 6 promises some exciting content, including a celebration featuring the 2024 Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic winners, Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin. Additionally, Carmelo Hayes will address the betrayal of Trick Williams at NXT Vengeance Day, and Roxanne Perez will face off against Lola Vice.
