The 24-year-old completed a loan move to the Cherries in the summer following his parent club's relegation to the Championship.

Sinisterra has since made 17 appearances for Bournemouth across all competitions and scored three goals, assisting a further three.

Andoni Iraola's side were keen to tie down the Colombian's services in anticipation of interest from rivals clubs in the summer.

talKSPORT can now confirm Bournemouth will sign him on a permanent deal which will see him leave Leeds this summer.

Following spells at Colombian side Once Caldas and Dutch giants Feyenoord, the Whites signed Sinisterra for a reported £21million in 2022.

He made 22 appearances in his debut season at Leeds, scoring seven goals across the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup.

Sinisterra, who has represented his country 11 times, had to deal with various injuries throughout the campaign though as he suffered issues with his foot, ankle and muscle.

The winger played four matches for Leeds at the start of this season before he completed his deadline day switch to Bournemouth.

He is by no means a regular starter for the Cherries having made only four Premier League starts but he is a trusted option off the bench.

Sinisterra scored his first goal for the club in their 6-1 thumping at Manchester City before they went seven league games unbeaten.

He featured in every match during that run, which included him scoring a goal as substitute late on in their 3-0 victory over Fulham.

New Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola admits he feels lucky to be in the Premier League and also says the South coast club could sign up to five new players this summer

FA Cup action has also proved successful for Sinisterra as he netted and assisted against Swansea in the fourth round 5-0 win.

Bournemouth sit 12th in the Premier League and eight points clear of the relegation zone but have tough fixtures against Newcastle and City on the horizon.
