Brad Pitt Films New 'F1' Movie Scenes at Mexico City Grand Prix

Brad Pitt returned to Formula 1 over the weekend!

The 60-year-old actor made an appearance at the 2024 Mexico City Grand Prix on Saturday (October 26) in Mexico to film some new scenes for his upcoming F1 movie.

Brad could be seen filming in his full race suit as he got out of his car on the track and seemingly celebrated either podium finishes and/or qualifying placements.

In the photos, he could be seen holding up two fingers and three fingers, and was also seen waving the Mexico flag and blowing kisses to fans at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

The next day, Brad was seen in the stands while attending the Formula 1 Mexico City Grand Prix race day, taking photos and/or videos with his phone.

This is the first time Brad has been seen filming the movie since the Belgium Grand Prix back in July!

That month, the first teaser trailer was revealed and it was announced that Simone Ashley has joined the cast.

The movie follows Brad as “Sonny Hayes, a former Formula 1 driver who returns to the sport and partners with and mentors rookie Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) on APXGP, a fictional 11th team on the grid.”

If you missed it, find out how they’ve been filming the movie at actual Formula 1 race weekends.
