BREAKING: Angry Benue Youths Block Road After Herdsmen Attack On Residents

Ten people in the Antsa community were injured following an attack by suspected herdsmen on Monday morning.

Antsa community is located along the busy North Bank – J.S. Tarka University of Agriculture, Makurdi road in Benue State.

This road also serves as a route for those traveling to Gbajimba in the Guma Local Government area.

As early as 7 a.m. on Monday, youths mounted roadblocks on the busy University Community road, preventing vehicles and motorcycles from passing through.

As of press time, the youths vowed to remain on the road until authorities addressed them regarding the security challenges.
