The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the appeal filed by Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Jibrin Barde, against the election of Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State.
Pmnews.ng reports that the apex court is delivering final judgements on gubernatorial election legal battles in 13 states, including Nasarawa, Delta, Ogun, Gombe and Kebbi, among others.
