BREAKING: Supreme Court Reserves Judgment In Binani’s Suit Seeking To Sack Adamawa Gov

On Monday, the Supreme Court deferred judgment on the appeal brought by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Adamawa State governorship candidate, Aisha Dahiru, also known as Binani, against Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.

Binani’s petition challenging Fintiri’s victory in the governorship election had been previously dismissed by both the state election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

The five-member panel at the Supreme Court, headed by John Okoro, adjourned the case for judgment following the presentations of arguments by the involved parties.
