BREAKING: Tension As Policemen, Youths Block APC Secretariat In Benue Ahead Of Caucus Meeting

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretariat in Makurdi, Benue State, has been blocked by police and local youths. This marks the fourth time the APC Secretariat has been closed.

The closure comes ahead of a caucus meeting scheduled for Thursday by the Comrade Austin Agada-led State Working Committee (SEC) of the APC. In addition, the Benjamin Omakolo-led APC State Working Committee (SWC) has also planned a caucus meeting in Makurdi today to finalize arrangements for the upcoming Local Government elections.

The Benue State Independent Electoral Commission (BSIEC) has scheduled the elections for October 5, adding further urgency to these meetings.
