Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia has lost a “f–king crazy” amount of weight since her breakup with Zach Bryan.

Taking to TikTok Tuesday, the Barstool Sports personality asked her followers for advice on how to put on some weight after dropping almost 20 pounds since dating — and splitting from — the country singer.

“Like I mentioned in the podcast, I had lost 15 pounds that I didn’t need to lose in the relationship,” she said, referring to her latest “BFFs” episode with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards where they talked about the breakup.

“I’m a very skinny person — that’s how I’ve always been, that’s my build. I’m a skinny girl, but I’ve always been healthily skinny. I just gain what my body can gain, but I’ve been down to 111 pounds for a while now, and that is not cool. I’m 5-feet-8.”

She shared a photo from when she weighed 130 pounds. “This is me now,” she said in the video, noting that she weighs 111 pounds. ihatebriannachickenfry/TikTok

LaPaglia, 25, explained that her “comfortable normal weight was 130 pounds,” she is now the same weight she was a decade ago.

“This is me now,” she said standing up and showing her much slimmer legs. “It’s f–king crazy.”

“It’s not because I didn’t want to eat, obviously, but I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally,” she added while tearing up.

“So, like, when you’re in a constant fight or flight, your body is so anxious to the point where you throw up, you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down. I just always felt like I was going to throw up, so I would only eat one meal a day, and things don’t just snap back. I have this new anxiety in my life, so I’m still really struggling with it.”

The TikTok star went on to say that she is now starting to feel comfortable about “[jumping] back into [her] life” and “hit the ground running.”

“I feel like I’m finally in a place where I’m going back to [New York],” she expressed before adding that she has been living with her mom since the breakup.

“I’m just really trying to take the time to process, and I don’t want, for a second, anyone to think that I’m using this for social media,” she pointed out before adding that she is “scared to go back in public” and face her critics.

LaPaglia went on to express that, although she does not care if people are still fans of Bryan, “they don’t understand the weight of” expressing their support for him to her.

“I have this new anxiety in my life, so I’m still really struggling with it,” she described before saying she is too scared to go out. briannalapaglia/Instagram “Sharing everything has only made things harder, and I didn’t even share it,” she said. bbriannalapaglia/Instagram

“Sharing everything has only made things harder, and I didn’t even share it,” she said, referencing Bryan’s Instagram post announcing their split.

“So this is going to be a long journey, and I’m willing to share it if it helps anyone.”

On Oct. 22, the “Something in the Orange” singer shared a statement on social media informing his fans that he and LaPaglia had separated after more than a year of dating.

Shortly after, the influencer slammed the post, saying she was completely “blindsided” by it. She explained that she had yet to tell her family and friends about the breakup before the internet found out.

Since confirming their split, LaPaglia has accused Bryan of emotional abuse. briannalapaglia/Instagram She also claimed he tried to make her sign an NDA. BFFs Podcast Bryan has remained quiet about the claims. zachlanebryan/Instagram

After a brief hiatus to process the end of her relationship, LaPaglia returned to her podcast, where she aired Bryan’s dirty laundry.

In the Nov. 7 episode, she claimed Bryan, 28, tried to pay her $12 million to remain quiet about their relationship. She also alleged that he was emotionally abusive and even “freaked the f–k out” after she sang a Morgan Wallen song in his home.

The Grammy winner has remained quiet about the accusations, though he did share a cryptic quote that read, “I didn’t know what to say. I felt like crying, Goddammit everybody in the world wants an explanation for your acts and for your very being.”
