Brie Larson is changing up her look in a big way. This week, the 35-year-old Captain Marvel actress took to social media to reveal that she’d cut her hair into a very short new pixie cut. She also colored her hair a darker color. She even shared the reason for the dramatic change to her appearance. Keep reading to find out more… On Instagram, Brie debuted the much shorter new cut and her new dark color. It’s a dramatic departure from the long, blonde look that she showed off in a post one day earlier. “Elektra is here,” Brie wrote in the caption. If you were unaware, Brie is set to star in a new production of the play Elektra on the West End in London, England. The historic play was written by Sophocles. The show premieres on January 13 in the Theatre Royal Brighton. Brie will travel with it to the Duke of York’s Theatre January 24. It runs through April 12. You can check out ticket info here.
