Spears, 42, stayed under the radar in sunglasses and a large sun hat for the outing. She also wore a flirty floral blouse, white denim shorts and red sandals.

Soliz, 37, wore an eye-catching blue and white plaid shirt layered over a plain white tee. He also kept it casual in navy ’90s-style baggy pants and Nike sneakers.

The “Crossroads” actress appeared to be in a good mood and Soliz was spotted with a big smile on his face as they stood outside the posh establishment with a group of friends.

The pop star’s outing with Soliz comes just days after she denied being in a relationship while simultaneously slamming her ex.

On July 7, Spears took to Instagram to share a paparazzi photo of herself in the passenger seat of a car that Soliz was driving. The snap captured the first public sighting of the singer after she settled her conservatorship case in April.

“Why was he going 90 in a neighborhood with one pap following only to roll the window down when the pap pulls to the side of me ????” Spears asked her fans in the caption of her Instagram post.

The Grammy-winning songstress slammed Soliz earlier this month for letting the paparazzi take her photo after settling her conservatorship case in April. Getty Images The “Crossroads” actress got into a fight with Soliz in May.

“Then he calls his mom and says he’s being harassed,” she continued. “Why did he roll the window down with me crying in the seat??”

Spears then dug in further by posting a cryptic quote to her Instagram Story that stated, “Her attitude is savage, but her heart is gold.”

Below the quote, Spears confirmed she was “single as f–k” and would “never be with another man as long as I live !!!”

Earlier this month, a source told Page Six that Spears dumped Soliz because she felt that he was taking advantage of her lavish lifestyle.

A second source connected to Spears told us that her inner circle was “relieved that Soliz is out of the picture after a turbulent relationship.”

Spears reportedly told her security guards to remove Soliz from the entry list of her gated community in Thousand Oaks, Calif., according to TMZ.

The “Gimme More” artist was first romantically linked to Soliz, who worked as her housekeeper, shortly after Sam Asghari filed to divorce her in August 2023.

Sources told us at the time that Soliz— who has been charged with multiple offenses including felony possession of a firearm — was hired to work for in Spears’ house without being vetted and they eventually started dating.

Their relationship took a dark turn in May when Spears and Soliz got into a spat at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles that resulted in Spears getting an injured ankle. At the time, she claimed she did a leap in the living room and twisted her ankle.

“I fell — embarrassed myself — and that’s it,” she wrote on Instagram.

Another pal expressed concern for Spears because Soliz had apparently been “bad news from the start.”

A rep for Spears did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
