Britt Baker will miss the October 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Baker had been set to face Willow Nightingale in a Number One Contender’s Match for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
However, Tony Khan announced that Britt Baker was unable to unable the show because she was “very sick.” Khan then announced that Nightingale will instead face Nyla Rose, Saraya, and Jamie Hayter. The winner of that match will challenge Mariah May for the AEW Women’s Championship at AEW WrestleDream.
