Brody King has accepted Darby Allin’s challenge for AEW WrestleDream.

On the October 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, Darby Allin issued an open challenge for AEW WrestleDream, looking to bounce back following his loss to Jon Moxley at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam. Allin said the challenge was for anyone in the AEW locker room.

Allin then competed on the October 5 episode of AEW Collision, as he defeated Johnny TV. After the bell, Allin reiterated his open challenge and dared anyone to step up. At first, no one answered. Allin expressed his frustration and started to make his way to the back, and Brody King attacked him from behind. King continued the beatdown, and he accepted the challenge.

King and Allin previously had a bitter feud in 2022. They clashed in a Coffin Match at AEW Dynamite: Quake By The Lake, where Allin emerged victorious. Allin, Miro, and Sting beat King, Malakai Black, and Buddy Matthews at AEW All Out 2022.
