Brooke Shields blasted her plastic surgeon for throwing in a “little bonus” during her labia surgery.
The actress explained in her upcoming memoir, “Brooke Shields Is Not Allowed to Get Old: Thoughts on Aging as a Woman,” that her “wonderful” gynecologist initially recommended a labia reduction.
The model, notably, had experienced discomfort, bleeding and chafing since high school due to the length of her labia.

After Shields went under the knife, she went in for a checkup with her Beverly Hills surgeon — where he “proudly … informed” her of adding “a little twofer” she had not consented to.
The male doctor had given the “Blue Lagoon” star a vaginal rejuvenation, which is defined by NIH as “decreas[ing] the average diameter of the vagina, mainly for sexual reasons.”

Shields was “dumbfounded” by the “irreversible … invasion,” comparing it to a “rape of some kind.”
She wrote, “Nothing pointed toward this need to be tighter or smaller or firmer or younger, especially there.”
The Golden Globe nominee, who did not tell husband Chris Henchy about the rejuvenation for “the longest time,” felt “shame” over the experience.

The “Suddenly Susan” alum hasn’t hesitated from disclosing traumas in the past, revealing in her 2023 “Pretty Baby” documentary that she was raped in her 20s by a Hollywood executive.
