The Bang Bang Gang have officially been stripped of their AEW Trios Championships.
During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, Christopher Daniels stripped the belts from the group after Jay White and The Gunns tried to add Juice Robinson to the group in place of White, who said he was dealing with an injury. The group celebrated a bit in the ring after the announcement, but were quickly interrupted.
Daniels made his way out to the ring and promptly said that substituting superstars was against the rules for a champion. Instead, the group would have to give up their titles, something they clearly were not happy about hearing.
After the news, The Patriarchy made its way out to the ring. Christian Cage mocked the group for a bit, and then said that eventually they would take on the Bang Bang Gang for the now vacant titles sometime in the future.
