After 12 years of good and loyal service at Borussia Dortmund, Marco Reus will have a change of scenery. The attacking midfielder will leave the Marsupiaux this summer, at the end of his lease. The 35-year-old played his last match in the yellow and black colors on Saturday evening, in the Champions League final lost to Real Madrid. Marco Reus published a message on X, where he bids farewell to the BVB fans and managers.
“Dear fans, thank you very much for everything you have given me since day one! We’ve grown together over the years and endured all the ups and downs, and I just want to thank you! I will always be one of you”first indicated the German, before concluding. “It is now time to take off the yellow and black jersey. A new adventure awaits me. I will always carry these colors in my heart and support you everywhere”. It remains to be seen where it will bounce.
