The Paris Saint-Germain defender shone again with his selection this Sunday.

Very prominent with Paris Saint-Germain this season, Achraf Hakimi confirms his sparkling form with his selection. Currently in Ivory Coast to play the African Cup of Nations with Morocco, the right side defender of the Atlas Lions found the net against the Democratic Republic of Congo, this Sunday, for the second outing of his team.

It was at the very start of the match that the Moroccans found the opening thanks to Hakimi. The Parisian was on the receiving end of a corner well kicked by Ziyech to place an unstoppable volley into the area. A nice goal which set the web ablaze, and in particular the social network X (formerly Twitter).

Considered one of the tournament’s top seeds after its exceptional epic in the World Cup a year ago, Morocco can rely on top-notch individuals.

🇲🇦🇨🇩 Hakimi the essential!

🤩 1-0 for Morocco on this magnificent recovery from the Parisian!
