Caroline Stanbury’s decision to cut back on drinking came in tandem with a bad experience on Ozempic at a club.

In an exclusive interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, the “Real Housewives of Dubai” star — who is openly taking skinny shots to maintain her figure — recalls “projectile vomiting” at a Los Angeles gay bar, a recognized side effect of Hollywood’s trendy weight-loss drugs.

“I’ve had it. I did it in the Abbey!” she says of her time at the iconic LGBTQIA+ establishment, noting that it only took “one drink” to get her sick.

“It was nothing. You drink half a glass, and it’s literally [everywhere]. … There’s no way to run to a bathroom.”

Stanbury’s husband, Sergio Carrallo, who joined her for the chat with “Virtual Reali-Tea,” says the incident was “terrible” and remembers being in the line of fire.

“[The vomit was] literally on me,” the former soccer player, 29, shares, adding that he was “trying to cover” the Bravolebrity, 48, during the ordeal to avoid embarrassment.

However, Stanbury looks back on the moment with a laugh.

“If you haven’t projectile vomited on Ozempic, you haven’t lived yet!” she exclaims with a smile.

The Bravolebrity, posing here in a colorful swim cover-up, revealed in September 2023 that she is on Mounjaro, a medication similar to Ozempic. carolinestanbury/Instagram Carrallo, seen here with Stanbury at a pool, was with his spouse when she got sick at the nightlife establishment.

The “Ladies of London” alum is actually on Mounjaro — aka tirzepatide, another GLP-1 medication that works similar to Ozempic, a brand name for semaglutide — and revealed as much in a September 2023 episode of her “Uncut and Uncensored” podcast.

“Sergio was completely against it. I did it to lose weight from a treatment I had to do that wasn’t natural for my body to get me to exactly where I was before,” she said at the time.

“I don’t think anyone should be shamed for that. I don’t think anyone should feel guilty for that. … This is a way to get your life back.”

In the passing months, Stanbury started drinking less alcohol — a choice she feels has vastly improved her life, too.

“It just doesn’t react that well with me. I like to have a drink. I just don’t drink to the point … like, I used to party like a rock star. I realized at my age it just takes me so long to to recover and I lose all those days,” she explains to “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

“And then you end up chatting rubbish with people you really don’t like. Then I have a horrible hangover in the morning and my tummy, it’s so acidic, too,” she elaborates. “I just don’t feel good.”

The reality star still indulges from time to time, though.

“When I do decide that I really do want to have a really good shot of tequila with the girls, it’s really fun,” she says of imbibing with her “RHODubai” castmates, acknowledging that the group “went nuts” during a trip to Bali that recently aired on the show.

“Although the tequila wasn’t that great, it was like ‘Girls Gone Wild.’ Honestly, I hadn’t done that in ages.”

“The Real Housewives of Dubai” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
