Carson Daly is “reverse engineering” his marriage to ensure he and his wife, Siri Pinter, “stay together” for the rest of their lives.

The “Today” co-host revealed their secret to success was “sleep divorce,” meaning the pair go to bed in different rooms.

“It’s been good for us,” he told People on Monday, noting they “both secretly love it.”

“We don’t do it all the time, but a couple of days during the week — especially if I want to watch an Islanders hockey game kind of later at night — I go into the guest room, she retires upstairs to read her book or watch a show,” he explained.

The couple, who met in 2005 and tied the knot in 2015, have a “whatever it takes” mindset when it comes to their marriage.

“The object is to stay together. That’s what we’d like to do. And so reverse engineering that, it’s like — by any means necessary, for the two of us, [we want to] still be in a relationship when we’re dying,” he said.

The “Voice” host, 50, who has been “sleep divorcing” Pinter, 43, since 2019, said the practice began when they welcomed their fourth child.

“We’re both pretty good-sized humans and it just wasn’t really working when she was in her third trimester, and I also have sleep apnea, which is very sexy for the ladies out there, I’m sure,” he joked.

“She couldn’t get comfortable, so we were like a commercial you would see, kicking each other and just not sleeping.”

When his cookbook author wife was pregnant with their daughter, Goldie Patricia, they “woke up and shook hands” and came to an agreement.

Daly recalled saying, “I love you, but it’s time to sleep divorce. It’ll be the best thing for all of us.”

“My wife is the big cook in the family,” he said at the time.

“My 14-year-old has [also] taken an incredible liking to cooking,” Daly said of their son Jackson.

“He goes outside and makes a big fire and does a campfire steak and he really knows techniques and what he’s doing.”
