4 Cassie Ventura is beyond disgusted by all the baby oil and other jokes floating around online — as well as the new allegations against her ex Diddy following his arrest.
As Perezcious readers know, the 38-year-old singer shocked the world when she sued the music mogul for physical and sexual abuse throughout their decade-long relationship. After their settlement, things escalated. More victims came forward with sexual assault accusations against Diddy. He was then also arrested on multiple charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

Per the indictment, federal agents seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube when the Department of Homeland Security raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami earlier this year. That revelation sparked a frenzy online, with many people making jokes and sharing memes.
And now, well, Cassie is not laughing. Rather, she is so “hurt” that people would make fun of something serious! A source told DailyMail.com on Thursday:
“She is hurt that people are making jokes and memes out of the baby oil because of what it could have been used for. It isn’t funny to her or anyone who experienced similar.”
Oof. Joking about any part of the alleged heinous crimes is just so gross…
And it’s not just the online memes bothering Cassie. The insider shared that she is also “sickened” over the latest disturbing allegations that dropped this week. As we previously reported, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee revealed in a press conference on Tuesday that out of the 120 accusers he is now representing in lawsuits against Diddy, 25 of them were minors when the rapper allegedly sexually assaulted them. And in a shocking development, one of them was as young as 9 years old when the alleged abuse happened. Jeez.
The DailyMail.com source said that when Cassie learned about the child’s existence, she became extremely emotional:
“Cassie had heard mumblings about the class action suit but broke down in tears when she was informed of the allegation about the child.”
No one can blame her for breaking down. The details are horrific. It must have brought up a lot from her own past with Diddy, too. In fact, the Me & U artist has been left so rocked by everything lately that she is now taking a much-needed break:
“She is planning to take time away from receiving updates because it has sickened her, and she hopes that anyone who was hurt receives justice and peace of body and mind.”
We hope so, too. The source said Cassie and her husband, Alex Fine, are doing “everything they can to protect their kids’ peace” moving forward. We can only imagine how tough this is on Cassie and her family. It’s a lot to take in and process, especially with more and more bombshells coming out each day.
