Celine Dion made a triumphant return to the Grammys Sunday amid her debilitating stiff person syndrome battle.
The music legend, 55, was welcomed with a standing ovation at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles while her song “The Power of Love” played as she took the stage to present the award for album of the year.
“When I say that I’m happy to be here, I really mean it from my heart,” she said while dressed in a white colored gown that was concealed with a large tan coat and accessorized with a sparkly necklace.
“Those who have been blessed enough to be here at the Grammy awards must never take for granted to tremendous joy that music brings to our lives and to people around the world.”
Dion’s surprise appearance was the Grammy’s best kept secret, as it had not been previously reported.

Dion has been out of the limelight in recent years as she attempts to heal from her neurological disorder, which is a rare, chronic condition that causes muscle stiffness and painful muscle spasms.
The six-time Grammy winner revealed she was diagnosed with stiff person syndrome in December 2022.
“I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through,” she said amid tears in a video posted on social media at the time.
“Recently I have been diagnosed with a very rare neurological syndrome, which affects something like one in a million people.”

The “I’m Alive” singer then also canceled her North American tour and postponed her European tour.
Dion told her fans in her social media clip just how heartbroken she was to not be able to hit the stage.

In November 2023, Dion gave a glimmer of hope that she was on the mend by making her first public appearance in nearly four years.

However, Dion’s sister shared a month later just how much the superstar had struggled with her health, claiming to the Daily Mail that her famous sibling had “lost control of her muscles.”

He was seen accompanying the “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” singer at Crypto.com Arena in the viral social media clip after teasing on Instagram, “One nite only!!!!!……” alongside a name tag that said, “Hello. I’m unretired.”
Roach, 45, announced his retirement from fashion in March 2023 due to the “politics” and “lies.”
