Grace Jabbari has made a major update in her assault and defamation lawsuit against Jonathan Majors.

Grace Jabarri Makes Update in Assault & Defamation Lawsuit Against Jonathan Majors
According to CNN, Jabbari has dropped her assault and defamation lawsuit against Majors. Additionally, the outlet reports that lawyers for both parties “agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice.” The agreement was reportedly made in “a joint filing in Manhattan federal court” on Thursday, November 21.
Furthermore, a lawyer for Jabbari reportedly revealed that the lawsuit was “favorably settled.”
“Grace Jabbari has exhibited tremendous courage throughout this very long and difficult process,” Brittany Henderson, her attorney, reportedly said in a statement. “We hope that she can finally put this chapter behind her and move forward with her head held high.”

More Details On Grace Jabbari’s Assault & Defamation Lawsuit Against Jonathan Majors
As The Shade Room previously reported, Majors was arrested for assault, strangulation, and harassment of Jabbari in March 2023. In December of that year, he was found guilty of assault in the third degree and harassment, per The Shade Room.
Most recently, in April, Majors was sentenced to a year of probation and counseling.
Per CNN, Jabbari’s lawsuit was filed in March. Additionally, Jabbari accused the actor of “subjecting her to escalating incidents of physical and verbal abuse during their relationship.” The Hollywood Reporter adds that incidents allegedly occurred between 2021 and 2023 and included Majors allegedly throwing Jabbari against a car and threatening to kill her.
