Chappell Roan snapped at a photographer on the red carpet for Olivia Rodrigo’s “Guts World Tour” movie premiere in Los Angeles Friday, claiming he had been “disrespectful” to her at a previous event.
While posing on the step-and-repeat, the “Good Luck, Babe!” singer walked over to the photog’s face and said, “You were so disrespectful to me at the Grammys. You yelled at me at a Grammy party.”
The individual was not shown on camera, but he seemed to disagree with Roan’s account of the events.
“Yes … I remember. You were so rude to me,” the “Hot To Go!” singer, who was wearing a beautiful red gown and her signature drag makeup, said in response.

A member from what appeared to be either Roan or the film’s public relations team then approached the “Pink Pony Club” singer to escort her back to the step-and-repeat and try to diffuse the situation.
Roan abided by the request but said she was not going to pose for the photographer in question.
Page Six has reached out to her reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In September, she shouted at another cameraman at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards in New York.
“You shut the f–k up,” the “After Midnight” singer, 26, aggressively said at the time. “Don’t. Not me, bitch.”
It’s unclear what exactly set off Roan, but she told Entertainment Tonight shortly after Roan that she thought the carpet was “overwhelming” and “scary.”
“I think for someone who gets a lot of anxiety around people yelling at you, the carpet is horrifying, and I yelled back. I yelled back, you don’t get to yell at me like that,” she added.

The “Casual” singer shared in late September that she had been diagnosed with severe depression.
“I went to a psychiatrist last week because I was like, I don’t know what’s going on. She diagnosed me with severe depression – which I didn’t think I had because I’m not actually sad,” she told the Guardian.
“But I have every symptom of someone who’s severely depressed.”
Roan explained at the time that everything she loved to do before fame now comes with “baggage.”

“If I want to go thrifting, I have to book security and prepare myself that this is not going to be normal,” the “Naked in Manhattan” singer said.
“Going to the park, pilates, yoga – how do I do this in a safe way where I’m not going to be stalked or harassed?”
Roan’s issues have caused her to call out her own fans and cancel several shows, which have sparked a mixed response of backlash and people who are understanding of her pain.
