Charlotte Flair shared a brief update on her recovery in the form of a new post on social media, showcasing the superstar going through her rehab process.

In a new post to Instagram, Flair shared a series of videos of her working out just a few weeks after her surgery for a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. The video comes as a bit of a surprise, as Flair is just 12 days removed from her surgery, but the superstar seems dedicated to return as quickly as possible.

Charlotte suffered an apparent injury during her match against Asuka on the December 8 episode of WWE SmackDown. WWE then announced that Flair would be out of action for nine months. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus.

Charlotte Flair has reportedly signed a lucrative new contract. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported that Charlotte Flair signed an extension that is believed to be one of the highest-paid deals for a woman in WWE history. The report noted that the contract would keep her in WWE for years to come.

She gets better every day

Speaking with Justin Dhillon on Casual Conversations with The Classic, Ric Flair discussed Charlotte Flair’s injury and said her return will be epic.

“She is the best worker in the business, male or female. She just gets better every day. I told her, she’ll come back from this injury. It stresses her out because she hasn’t been hurt in a long time. But she’ll come through the surgery, and she’ll come back. It’ll be the greatest storyline of all time. She and Bayley and IYO and all those guys, and Asuka.

“There are more people for her to still wrestle. She’s got so much going on for her. I’m not knocking any of the other girls at all, but someone’s gotta be the best. That’s just the way it is.”
