Charlotte Flair is keeping everyone guessing about her WrestleMania plans, and she’s not in a rush to make her move.

After winning the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble, Flair has been making the rounds, showing up on WWE RAW and NXT, leaving fans and champions alike wondering who she’ll challenge on the grandest stage of them all.

On the February 3 episode of WWE RAW, Rhea Ripley wasted no time calling out Flair, urging her to pick a rematch for the WWE Women’s World Championship. Instead of giving an immediate answer, Flair told the champ she’d be making the rounds before deciding. She kept that promise, stopping by NXT on February 4 to confront NXT Women’s Champion Giulia, Roxanne Perez, and Bayley during the Vengeance Day Championship Summit.

After letting them know she’s watching closely, Flair made one thing clear—this decision is happening on her terms. In an NXT digital exclusive, she doubled down, saying:

“So I spent a year and a half here training. All my rehab was here, my first time hitting the ropes, getting in the ring, getting familiar with the girls that are on NXT. So to come back where I’m homegrown, where my first match was, where my coaches are, it’s always surreal to come back, to remember your roots.”

Flair acknowledged the performances of Perez and Giulia in the Royal Rumble, calling their efforts impressive but making sure to remind everyone of the gap between them and her level.

“They’re not me, but they will get there [laughs]. No, but they really did impress me. They really knocked it out of the park, and I do truly believe that NXT does have the greatest women’s division in the world. I do think Raw and SmackDown, when they get there, it is a different ballgame. But here is where you build the foundation, and they’re killing it, so I couldn’t have been more proud.”

The biggest takeaway? Flair isn’t letting anyone dictate when or where she makes her call.

“Here’s the thing. WrestleMania’s not until April, so I’ve got all the time in the world. So I’m just gonna take my time while you guys wait it out. It’s on my time. I might not even pick until the night before WrestleMania. Because I have the golden ticket.”

With Bayley, Giulia, and Perez gearing up for WWE Vengeance Day on February 15, and Rhea Ripley still waiting for an answer, Charlotte Flair’s next move is anyone’s guess. But if there’s one thing that’s certain, it’s that she’s in complete control of this game.
